Brandon River Coene

Brandon has been working as an actor since 2021. By early 2026, he has played five leading roles across film and television, alongside a number of supporting and guest roles, including appearances in Het Klokhuis, the “Welkom in…” series and De Avondshow met Arjen Lubach.

He played leading roles in Hein (Season 1 and 2), De Achterblijvers, Het Boek van alle Dingen (Netherlands Film Festival 2024) and the short film Berenklauw (Netherlands Film Festival 2022).

He recently completed filming on a supporting role in a new series directed by Will Koopman, set for release in late 2026. This role reflects a different character dynamic within his body of work and further demonstrates his range.

Brandon appeared on stage at International Theatre Amsterdam in Simon Stone’s Medea.

He speaks Dutch and Russian at a native level and is fluent in English.
